Billing and Refund Policy
Billing, trial, renewal, cancellation and refund terms for ExactCarValue USA.
1. Initial purchase
The initial $1.95 USD charge purchases the first vehicle valuation. The amount and currency are shown before payment is authorised.
2. Trial and renewal
The purchase starts 7 free days of ExactCarValue access. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, membership renews automatically at $49.95 USD per month until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel membership through the secure billing portal associated with your purchase. Cancellation prevents future charges according to the status and effective date shown by Stripe.
4. Payments and errors
Stripe processes the payment method. ExactCarValue does not store the full card number, expiry date or CVC. A declined payment does not unlock the valuation.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to delivery status, use of the service, applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. You can start a request through Contact.
6. Support
For billing, cancellation or refund issues, use the ExactCarValue Contact page and include the email associated with the purchase.
