Terms for using ExactCarValue and requesting a vehicle valuation.
1. Service provider
ExactCarValue is operated by Zemobile LLC, EIN 30-1306023, 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States.
2. Eligibility and account
You must have legal capacity to contract and provide accurate information. You are responsible for access to your email and account.
3. Nature of the service
ExactCarValue provides indicative vehicle value information from supplied details and available market references. It is not a guaranteed purchase or sale offer.
4. Estimate variation
Actual price may vary with mileage, condition, configuration, history, location, availability and other market factors.
5. Insufficient market data
If reliable comparable data is insufficient, ExactCarValue does not invent a numerical estimate. We provide a localised notice or report without a price through the configured delivery and dashboard channels where applicable.
6. Permitted use
You receive a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the service. Abusive automation, security interference and extraction at scale are prohibited.
7. Price and renewal
The initial payment is $1.95 USD and includes the first valuation and a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, membership renews at $49.95 USD per month.
8. Cancellation
An active membership can be managed or cancelled through the secure billing portal associated with the purchase.
9. Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, data coverage or external causes may interrupt the service. Do not make a transaction decision based only on an estimate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
