1. Data controller
Zemobile LLC, EIN 30-1306023, 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States is responsible for ExactCarValue. Privacy requests can be submitted through the public Contact page.
2. Data processed
We process technical and security data, vehicle and valuation inputs, contact details, order and subscription status, account and dashboard data, reports and delivery status where those functions are used.
3. Purposes
We use data to provide and secure the service, process purchases, prepare and deliver results, provide account access, answer requests and meet legal obligations.
4. Providers and sources
Vercel supports hosting, Supabase transactional and account storage, Stripe payments and subscriptions, and Resend transactional email. Vehicle valuation sources and methods vary by supported market and available coverage.
5. Payments
Complete card details are processed directly by Stripe. ExactCarValue receives only the identifiers and status needed to manage the transaction.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained only as reasonably necessary for operation, security, transactions and legal obligations. Access is limited and protected with proportionate measures.
7. Rights and transfers
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. International providers may involve transfers subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Contact
Support, billing and privacy requests can be submitted through the public Contact page without signing in.
